If you are trying to reset your password but the Verification Code sent to your email address does not work, it may be because you have left the Reset Password page while trying to retrieve the Verification Code. When resetting your password, open a new browser window or browser tab to access your email account, then return to the Reset Password page once you have found the code. 

If you are using a mobile device, open your phone's recent apps to access your email application, and then return to the Reset Password page. To access recent apps, iOS can users swipe up; Android users can open the Recent Apps menu:
