Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis and must be reviewed by our payments team before being processed.

Please refer to the list below on reasons for requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation of test by customer*
  • Multiple charges processed in error

Refunds will NOT be processed for:

  • Any test that has already been taken
  • Results that take longer than 3-6 hours

* Refunds that are processed due to a "cancellation of test by customer" will be assessed a $20 administrative fee and requires up to seven (7) business days for processing.
