While this could indicate an issue with your account, please try these steps first to see if your issues are resolved:

  1. Using the Chrome or Firefox browser on a PC, go to: https://queens.workplace.lumisight.com/sign-in
  2. use your most recent password, if that doesn't work try to reset it once more and try logging in
  3. when you have to check-in again please make sure to go to https://queens.workplace.lumisight.com/sign-in  on a PC
