I have to request a new password every time I try to login

While this could indicate an issue with your account, please try these steps first to see if your issues are resolved:
- Using the Chrome or Firefox browser on a PC, go to: https://queens.workplace.lumisight.com/sign-in
- use your most recent password, if that doesn't work try to reset it once more and try logging in
- when you have to check-in again please make sure to go to https://queens.workplace.lumisight.com/sign-in on a PC
If you continue to experience the issue, please submit a ticket with either Queen's IT Helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) or use the Lumisight Support portal: https://queens.support.lumisight.com/support/home
