You have the option to either reschedule or cancel any scheduled COVID-19 testing appointments.
To access the page to reschedule or cancel an appointment,
- Make sure you are logged into your account and under the "appointments" header.
- Select the appointment filter "Active" as it should be highlighted in blue font
- Select "Reschedule Appointment" on the bottom right of the appointment you want to reschedule OR Select "Cancel Appointment" on the bottom left of the appointment you want to cancel.
